Uniformity of application and construction. In applying and construing ORS 109.181 to 109.203, 109.206 to 109.218, 109.222 to 109.244 and 109.518 to 109.525, consideration must be given to the need to promote uniformity of the law with respect to its subject matter among states that enact the uniform parentage act.
