Parent or guardian not liable for payment under ORS 109.675. If diagnosis or treatment services are provided to a minor pursuant to ORS 109.675 without consent of the minor’s parent or legal guardian, the parent, parents or legal guardian of the minor shall not be liable for payment for any such services rendered.
