List of certain claims for exemptions from taxation to be provided Attorney General. Every officer, agency, board or commission of this state, receiving applications for exemption from taxation of any corporation, charitable trust or similar relationship in which the corporation or trustee is subject to ORS 128.610 to 128.769 shall annually file with the Attorney General a list of all applications received during the year.
