Liability of seizing agencies, forfeiting agencies and forfeiture counsel. (1) Seizing agencies, forfeiting agencies and forfeiture counsel are not civilly or criminally liable for any acts in seizing or forfeiting property under the provisions of this chapter if there was reasonable suspicion that the property was subject to seizure or forfeiture. An order directing seizure issued under ORS 131A.060 shall constitute a finding of reasonable suspicion that the property was subject to forfeiture. The immunity provided by this section extends to all officers, employees and agents of seizing agencies, forfeiting agencies and forfeiture counsel
