Apportioning votes for filling vacancies in multicounty legislative districts. The number of votes apportioned to each county commissioner in filling a legislative vacancy shall be equal to the total number allotted to the respective county of the county commissioner in the manner set forth in ORS 171.062 divided by the total number of county commissioners of the respective county.
