Motion fees in domestic relations cases. (1) In any action or other proceeding subject to a fee under ORS 21.155, a $167 fee must be paid by the party filing a motion that seeks entry of a supplemental judgment and by a party responding to the motion

(2) The fee provided for in subsection (1) of this section does not apply to any motion under ORCP 68, 69 or 71.
