Court Forms Revolving Fund. There is established in the General Fund of the State Treasury the Court Forms Revolving Fund. Moneys in the revolving fund are continuously appropriated to the Judicial Department for the purpose of paying the costs of labor and materials incurred by the courts of this state in providing forms as provided in ORS 21.245.
