Computation of unused sick leave for community college employees. Notwithstanding ORS 238.350 (2)(a), unused sick leave for community college employees shall accumulate for an unlimited number of days and shall accumulate at the rate of 10 days per school year or one day per month employed, whichever is greater. Except as provided in ORS 238.350 (1)(b), unused sick leave accumulated by community college employees shall be computed in the same manner as for employees in state classified service for computation of retirement benefits.
