“Address” defined. As used in ORS chapters 25, 106, 107, 108, 109 and 110, when a person is required to provide an address, “address” means a residence, mailing or contact address in the same state as the person’s home. [1993 c.448 §1; 1995 c.608 §25; 2019 c.13 §6; 2025 c.99 §52]
