Electronic filing system; rules. (1) The Secretary of State by rule shall adopt an electronic filing system to allow estimates, portraits, statements or arguments to be filed electronically using the Internet

(2) The Secretary of State may adopt rules to administer this section. [2011 c.646 §9]
