Obtaining and advancing of funds to county service districts. Funds may be obtained by a county as prescribed by ORS 280.040 to 280.145 for the purpose of advancing funds to a district established under ORS 451.410 to 451.610 to finance the cost of any service facility which the district is authorized to construct, maintain and operate.
