Governor’s budget to include amount needed to pay amounts due on unpaid financing agreements. The Oregon Department of Administrative Services shall include in the Governor’s budget for each fiscal period amounts sufficient to permit the payment of all amounts which will be due on unpaid financing agreements during that fiscal period.
