Oregon Innovation Bond Fund. (1) The Oregon Innovation Bond Fund is established in the State Treasury, separate and distinct from the General Fund. The net proceeds from the sale of revenue bonds issued under ORS 284.746 must be credited to the Oregon Innovation Bond Fund. Investment earnings received on moneys in the fund must be credited to the fund

(2) Moneys in the fund are continuously appropriated to the Oregon Innovation Council for the purpose of making grants, loans and equity investments under ORS 284.742. [2011 c.610 §13; 2019 c.131 §13]
