Specific corporation authorized to maintain foreign trade zone. Klamath International Trade & Transportation Services (KITTS), an Oregon corporation, is authorized by ORS 285A.325 and 285A.328 to establish, operate and maintain a foreign trade zone in this state. [1997 c.499 §2]
