Local economic development strategy. As used in ORS 285B.230 to 285B.266, unless the context requires otherwise, “local economic development strategy” is a long-term economic development strategy, updated as required by the Oregon Business Development Department, that focuses on the economic development priorities of each community or geographic region in the state.
