Salaries of state officers and employees payable monthly or biweekly. The salaries of the Governor, Secretary of State, State Treasurer, Attorney General, judges of the Supreme and circuit courts, district attorneys, and all other state officers, and all persons employed by the state whose salary or compensation is payable by law out of the State Treasury, shall be paid monthly or on a biweekly basis.
