Definitions for ORS 294.005 to 294.025. As used in ORS 294.005 to 294.025, unless the context requires otherwise

(1) “Warrant” means a warrant issued by a subdivision.

(2) “Subdivision” means any county, municipal corporation, quasi-municipal corporation, or civil or political subdivision in this state.
