Computation of interest when interest computation date falls on Saturday, Sunday or legal holiday. If any date for which interest is computed by a tax collector falls on a Saturday, or on a Sunday or any legal holiday, the date for which interest is computed shall be the next business day following the Saturday, Sunday or legal holiday.
