Custodian of fund; bond. The clerk of Klamath County School District No. 1 shall be custodian of the Common School Fund for District No. 1, Klamath County. The bond of the clerk shall require the honest and faithful performance of the duties of the clerk as such custodian. [Amended 1989 c.171 §43]
