ORS 332.011 — Number of directors of districts under 300,000. Except as otherwise provided for former administrative school districts or under ORS 335.490 or when specified by school district merger proceedings, the board of directors of a school district with a population of less than 300,000, according to the latest federal census, shall consist of five or seven members.
