Staff; office space. Subject to any applicable provisions of the State Personnel Relations Law, the Higher Education Coordinating Commission may employ and fix the compensation of any employees it deems necessary for the effective conduct of the work under its charge. The commission may also arrange with a public university listed in ORS 352.002 or a community college for use of staff and office space of the public university or community college.
