Development of state comprehensive education plan; cooperation with Higher Education Coordinating Commission. Public universities listed in ORS 352.002 shall cooperate with the Higher Education Coordinating Commission in the development of a state comprehensive education plan including post-secondary education and in review of the universities’ programs and budget.
