Pediatric dental residency program. Subject to the availability of funding, the Oregon Health and Science University shall establish the pediatric dental residency program only to the extent that funds are appropriated to the Oregon Department of Administrative Services for the Oregon Health and Science University public corporation to establish the program under section 1, chapter 1083, Oregon Laws 1999.
