Annual historical society report of fund moneys expended. On or before January 1 of each year, every historical society specified in ORS 358.200 which has received moneys from a county historical fund shall submit a report in writing to the governing body of the county showing in detail how such moneys have been expended during the preceding fiscal year ending June 30.
