Revenue bonds and pledges of revenue not general obligations of city. Revenue bonds issued under ORS 358.375 and pledges of revenue under ORS 358.385 shall not be construed as a general obligation of the issuing city. [1953 c.481 §19; 1983 c.260 §11]
