Jurisdiction of State Forestry Department and State Parks and Recreation Department. The State Forestry Department shall retain primary responsibility for management of the Tillamook State Forest, provided, however, that the State Parks and Recreation Department is responsible for management of developed recreation facilities as identified in the recreation plan.
