Effect of ORS 390.805 to 390.925 on other state agencies. Nothing in ORS 390.805 to 390.925 affects the jurisdiction or responsibility of other state agencies with respect to boating, fishing, hunting, water pollution, health or fire control; except that such state agencies shall endeavor to perform their responsibilities in a manner consistent with the purposes of ORS 390.805 to 390.925.
