Disposition of receipts generally. The moneys received by the Adjutant General from fines imposed by courts-martial and, except as provided in ORS 279A.280, 279A.285 and 283.110, the moneys received from other miscellaneous sources shall be deposited in the General Fund in the State Treasury, to be available for general governmental expenses.
