ORS 396.565 — Disposal of property. The Oregon Military Department may donate, exchange or otherwise dispose of property not required for the current or anticipated needs of the Oregon Military Museum. Disposal shall be made in a manner appropriate to the historic or intrinsic value of the property and shall be performed to engender goodwill and to improve the museum.
