Duties of Director of Oregon Department of Emergency Management. In consultation with the State Interoperability Executive Council created in ORS 403.450, the Director of the Oregon Department of Emergency Management shall

(1) Facilitate decision making and planning for potential implementation of the FirstNet network; and

(2) Make recommendations to the state agency responsible for administering federal funds from the United States Department of Commerce, National Telecommunications and Information Administration. [2014 c.87 §8; 2015 c.807 §52; 2025 c.412 §11]
