Long term care reimbursement audit manual. In carrying out the reimbursement system stated in the state policy on long term care reimbursement, the Department of Human Services shall develop, publish and make available an audit manual. The audit manual shall include clear guidelines on costs that are approved for reimbursement. [1983 c.406 §2]
