Modification, cancellation or suspension of public assistance. (1) If any person is convicted of a violation of any provision of ORS 411.630, any grant of public assistance made wholly or partially to meet the needs of such person shall be modified, canceled or suspended for such time and under such terms and conditions as may be prescribed by or pursuant to rules or regulations of the Department of Human Services
