Reports to Legislative Assembly. No later than June 1, 2022, and every two years thereafter, the Oregon Health Authority shall report to the appropriate committees of the Legislative Assembly in the manner provided in ORS 192.245 on the implementation of ORS 413.163 and 413.164. The report must include, but is not limited to

(1) A description of uniform standards for data collection and implementation of the standards; and

(2) The challenges to implementing the standards and plan for addressing the challenges. [2021 c.549 §3]
