Sec. 11. Nothing in the repeal of ORS 414.880, 414.882, 414.884 and 414.902 by section 10 of this 2025 Act affects the imposition and collection of a managed care organization assessment under ORS 414.880 for a calendar quarter ending on or before December 31, 2032. [2025 c.4 §11]
