Annual report of trustees. On October 1 of each year the Board of Trustees of the A. R. Burbank Trust Fund shall make and file with the Secretary of State a full report of the condition of the trust fund, showing the amount thereof, moneys outstanding and any other data necessary to a full understanding of its condition.
