Joint motion to vacate judgment or order; appeal after reconsideration. (1) Upon joint motion of the parties to an appeal from a judgment or order of the juvenile court, the court may vacate the judgment or order from which the appeal was taken and remand the matter to the juvenile court to reconsider the judgment or order, or any order entered by the juvenile court. Upon remand, the juvenile court shall have jurisdiction to enter a modified judgment or order

(2) After entry of a modified judgment or order on reconsideration, or upon reentry of the original judgment or order, either party may appeal in the same time and manner as an appeal from the original judgment or order. [2013 c.143 §2]
