Disposition of unclaimed or abandoned tangible property of adults in custody; rules. Notwithstanding ORS 98.302 to 98.436, the Department of Corrections shall determine and direct the disposition of the unclaimed or abandoned tangible property of an adult in custody in a Department of Corrections institution held by the department.
