Creation of Oregon Corrections Enterprises as semi-independent agency; administrator. There is established Oregon Corrections Enterprises, a semi-independent agency. The Director of the Department of Corrections shall assign or appoint an administrator who shall serve at the pleasure of the director. The administrator shall have authority to do all things necessary and convenient to carry out ORS 192.355, 421.305, 421.312, 421.344 to 421.367, 421.412, 421.442, 421.444 and 421.445.
