Use of labor of adults in custody for electrical or plumbing work. Notwithstanding any other law, an adult in the custody of the Department of Corrections may not perform electrical or plumbing work unless under the direct supervision of a licensed electrician or plumber who is a regular status employee of the department or of Oregon Corrections Enterprises.
