Report to Legislative Assembly. No later than January 1, 2022, and at the beginning of each calendar quarter thereafter, the Oregon Health Authority shall report to the Legislative Assembly, in the manner provided in ORS 192.245, how funds from the Drug Treatment and Recovery Services Fund were spent in the preceding calendar quarter.
