Oregon Health Authority to provide pamphlets. The Oregon Health Authority shall provide to the counties of this state pamphlets described in ORS 106.081. The authority may produce such pamphlets with moneys available for the purpose or may accept a gift of such pamphlets from any public or private source if the content is acceptable to the authority.
