Exemptions from requirements. In furtherance of the purpose and intent of the Legislative Assembly as expressed in ORS 442.310 to achieve reasonable access to quality health care at a reasonable cost, the requirements of ORS 442.325 shall not apply to ambulatory surgical centers performing only ophthalmic surgery.
