Abandoned structure ownership transfer; rules. The Department of Consumer and Business Services shall adopt rules to provide for the transference of an ownership document for an abandoned manufactured structure to a landlord pursuant to ORS 90.425 or 90.675 and ORS 446.616 (2). [2003 c.655 §12]
