Disposition of proceeds. (1) The proceeds, less costs, of real property sold by the Oregon Department of Administrative Services under ORS 458.467 shall be credited to and deposited in the Home Start Lands Fund established under ORS 458.478

(2) The revenue from the rental or lease of home start lands managed by the department shall be credited to and deposited in the Home Start Lands Fund established under ORS 458.478.

(3) Notwithstanding subsection (1) or (2) of this section, an agency may negotiate with the department to apply the proceeds of a sale, transfer or lease of home start lands to another capital acquisition of that agency. [2025 c.481 §8]
