Oregon Housing Stability Council to advise and assist department regarding low income home energy assistance. The Oregon Housing Stability Council, in conjunction with the Community Action Partnership of Oregon, shall advise and assist the Housing and Community Services Department with rules, policies and programs regarding low income home energy assistance provided for under ORS 458.510.
