Contract for statewide collection of household hazardous waste. The Department of Environmental Quality may contract with a hazardous waste collection service to provide for the statewide collection of household hazardous waste. As used in this section, “hazardous waste collection service” means a service that collects hazardous waste from conditionally exempt small quantity generators and from households.
