Penalties for violation of ORS 459A.757. (1) Notwithstanding ORS 153.018 (3), a violation of ORS 459A.757 by a restaurant or retail establishment, as those terms are defined in ORS 459A.755, is a Class D violation subject to a maximum fine of $250

(2) Each day that the restaurant or retail establishment commits a violation constitutes a separate offense. [2019 c.434 §4]
