Ranking of inventory according to risk; rules. In addition to the rules adopted under ORS 465.405, the Environmental Quality Commission shall adopt by rule a procedure for ranking facilities on the inventory based on the short-term and long-term risks they pose to present and future public health, safety, welfare or the environment.
