“Security interest holder” defined for ORS 465.430 to 465.455. As used in ORS 465.430 to 465.455, “security interest holder” means a person who, without participating in the management of a facility, holds indicia of ownership primarily to protect a security interest in a facility. [1991 c.680 §2]
