Field sanitation and straw utilization and disposal methods as “pollution control facilities.” After alternative methods for field sanitation and straw utilization and disposal are approved by the Department of Environmental Quality, “pollution control facility,” as defined in ORS 468.155, shall include such approved alternative methods and persons purchasing and utilizing such methods shall be eligible for the benefits allowed by ORS 468.155 to 468.190.
